The What
I specialize in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, change management, and helping organizations strengthen their systems and improve outcomes for children, families and staff. Through strategic planning, evaluation, data analysis and hands-on support, I guide teams in building capacity, enhancing relationships, and achieving positive outcomes. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but always practical and relational- ensuring that change is not only effective but lasting.
